In our place each room is different from the other. You can choose the one you prefer using photos or virtual tours, we will try to satisfy your needs and your requests.
In case any doubt or difficult do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to recommend the solution fits for you.

AIR CONDITIONING

Our rooms are carved into the rock and therefore do not need air conditioning: they are living objects with their own life. For this reason we build an electronic system that manages the correct ventilation and environmental parameters, while ensuring energy savings.

DRIVE AND PARK

We are located in very center of one of the oldest cities in the world, a limited traffic area. We owe some respec to our city, that's why we will come to pick you up! No need to get crazy to find our place, no bags to carry, no need to look for a parking place: we will take care of you!

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Are you going to use public transport? Tell us your time shedule and your station, we will come to pick you up! If you need advice on how to get to the city,
just write us!

KIDS

Matera has a lot of stairs, so with small kids it is reccomended to use a baby carrier backpack than a stroller. If you need a cot or a stroller, here you will find everything you need, just ask!

PETS

As you can see we love nature and animals, if you want to take your pet with you, contact us to find the best solution. In any case, it is always necessary to communicate the presence of an animal.

GUIDED TOURS

Matera is a really old city, there is so much to see and so much to walk, so comfortable shoes are recommended. We are at your disposal if you need any advice for guided tours or excursions.

TAXES

Starting from January 2018, there is an holiday tax to pay, 2€/day for each person older than 14 for the first three days. Unless otherwise agreed this tax is not included in the room price.
